The 6 panel case will be in the dimensions of a DVD case, the reason for this layout and the DVD size is because; with having a 6 panel case it gives us more area of the product to include the design features that we intend to use, like the typical features of a teenage girl's diary entry (doodles, writing, pictures, post-it notes) and by having it in the dimensions of a DVD case opposed to a CD case it is more like the shape and size of a typical notebook/diary/journal.
