This is a very basic, 4 panel digi-pack case......the usual layout for a CD case, it is just a back and front cover that opens and has 2 panels on the inside, one with something or some kind of design on and the other side holds the CD or DVD.
This is the same type of layout as the 4 panel layout shown above but with the dimensions of a DVD case instead of a CD case
This is the size of a CD case but has 6 panel instead of 4, it has a back and front cover but also has an extra opening 2 panels. The extra panels are usually, as shown below, to hold a second disc, but can be just to show more of the design.
This is the same type of layout as the 6 panel layout shown above but with the dimensions of a DVD case instead of a CD case.
This layout is with an 8 panel design, the same a the 6 panel design, it can either be used to hold extra discs or to show design or extra information about the product.
