This is the edited video of the Britney Spears music video; 'Hit me baby one more time'. I found this very easy to edit as all of the shots were in order of the video, so all I really had to do was import them into final cut, and shorten them and cut them up. I think the only real problems during editing this were; some of the shots were not quite the same length as they should have been but it was managable to get them looking okay. Also another problem was that not a lot of the footage of loz lip-syncing, did not sync up exactly the same as the orginal britney song. Overall I think that the footage was good, and fit together very nicely and I really like the way my edited version of the music video looks. It, in some ways, almost looks exactly the same as the orginal so I think that our class did extremely well in making the shots, shot by shot! Also we did not record the footage of the clock & the school bell so I had to used the footage from the orginal music video of Britney Spear!

Britney Spears music video!

Last Friday our class filmed a shot for shot remake of Britney Spear's music video for 'Hit me baby ne more time'. I was not here for alot f last weeks lessons so I was not involve in any of the planning for this video. Although even tho I was in on Friday I didn't play any important role in the making of the video. I mainly watched & took pictures of the making of the video. My main way of helping out was just being on set and helping people if they needed anything. I think that the shoot went well, we got the majoity of the shots we needed done and they looked how we intended them to look. The only main problems were the fact that the dancers didn't have enough time to properly learn the dances so they didn't know exactly what they were suposed to be doing. Also it was extremmely hot on Friday and the heat was starting to annoy people and everyone was getting quite annoy at each other and everyone was really frustrated. Overall it went quite well and I like the footage that we got.

Lip-Syncing Tasks

We have done two lip-syncing tasks. In which we learnt how to sync up songs to videos and actions to video. It also helped how us how music video should be cut up and edited, with transitions and effects.
